Hygeia breastpumps are guaranteed to be fully compatible with a mother’s nursing needs.
This guarantee process will be on a “mom-first”, friendly and supportive manner.
Should the selected pump be incompatible with mom’s requirements, Hygeia or our Authorized Dealer(s) (the Dealer) will first offer an alternate Hygeia breastpump for replacement (up-charging only for any price difference, if applicable). If that is not a satisfactory solution, Hygeia or the Dealer will accept return of the breastpump only (excludes any accessory items such as personal accessory set) for a refund/credit within 21 days of purchase, with appropriate proof(s) of purchase.
Products that show damage or obvious signs of abuse may not qualify for a refund under the Total Compatibility Guarantee.
