Hygeia’s EnJoye™, the only green breastpump to bring the sweet sounds of baby to moms while they're pumping, has won a coveted 2009 JPMA Innovation Award. EnJoye beat out more than 100 contenders for one of 10 spots awarded by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association at the ABC Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. A panel of trade media and industry buyers judged the competing products.
What People Are Saying:
The EnDeare worked as well as Medela® Symphony®. I loved the 2 bottle holders right on the pump.

Thanks! Received Hygeia Enjoye LBI breastpump set, and I do find it's more effective than my Avent breastpump. I am able to yield more milk with the Enjoye and the internal battery makes it portable and very convenient for moving from room to room.

The EnDeare worked as well or better than the Lactina®. I really appreciated the bottle holders.

"I bought the Hygeia Enjoye LBI on the recommendation from a friend. After reading the recommendations/reviews online about how it is reusable (can pass it on to other moms), no mold build-up and it is the "greenest" pump on the market - I was sold. With a 21 day return policy, how could I go wrong? Any company that believes in its product this much is worth a try, right? Well... not only is it an amazing pump, it mimics the way my baby actually feeds! And the adjustable speed and strength make it easy to find the right feel (and so fast!). Honestly, I find it to be better than Symphony hospital grade pump I rented for the first month...a great product and a great company'

Style wise I think it is very compact and "cool" which is a nice change. It is compact without feeling cheap like some of the competitors. The parts are modern with visual appeal.

The features that make this stand out are not the things that the average person is going to see right off...the quality and design is really next to none. The highlight is your product guarantee!

My grandson is doing wonderfully and exclusively breastfeeding now. They had a few birth complications (and poor hospital information) that delayed things and he lost 11% the first few days. Fortunately, a Hygeia pump was available for her to use at home. It worked great and because of it she was able to supplement with her milk and it was only a couple of days to exclusively being at the breast. He is back to birth weight at two weeks. Thanks! If you're breastfeeding, you might have had an experience like this: You're out somewhere, you hear a baby cry, and you let down. (For the uninitiated, let down is the reflex that makes milk flow from the glands that produce milk, down into your milk ducts, and into your nipples.) Other research shows that looking at the baby's photo or smelling the baby's article of clothing can also elicit a let down, and many moms I've talked to have had this experience. Although it can be embarrassing if you're in public and aren't wearing breast pads, it's a natural reaction. And it's a good thing! Many breastfeeding moms use these triggers to make it easier to let down before breastfeeding or pumping. You might have read about Hygeia II Medical Group's recent research that found the sound of babies' cries triggers let down. Their breast pumps actually feature a "cry button" so you can record your baby crying, and play it back before pumping to help trigger the let down. And I have to admit, it works! Every time I hear their demo pump at conferences, I feel like I will let down. It is an odd but familiar feeling, because my body is recollecting breastfeeding. I remember when I was weaning one of my children, I heard a baby cry and I let down in the middle of a mall! And it was about 15 months after I stopped breastfeeding, so it happens for sure. (Ok, too much info! ;)) I wonder if there's a volume adjuster on Hygeia's pump!

In the past five months, I have tried half a dozen breast pumps. Because of my daughter's special needs, I cannot breast feed her, but feeding her breast milk is a high priority. I pump between eight and ten times per day, and I need a pump that allows me the ease and reliability of a strong motor, easy set-up and clean-up, mobility, and life span. The Hygeia offers all this and more. I yield more milk from the Hygeia than any other pumps I've used, it takes just a few minutest to assemble and disassemble Hygeia's parts, compared to other "hands-free" pumps, and the internal battery allows me to take my pump with me everywhere I go. I never have to worry about finding a wall outlet to pump when I spend the day away from home running errands.
One of the most reassuring thing about the Hygeia LBI is that it promises long-lasting satisfaction. Many pumps can only guarantee that the pump's motor will last 150 to 200 hours of pumping. I know that if I ever have a problem with my Hygeia pump, I have the comfort of a three year warranty. I could not be happier to use my Hygeia LBI pump!

Compared to Pump In Style®, I liked the EnJoye speed control knobs better.

Hygeia Enjoye is great! I love it! I have seen an increase in my milk flow, letdown also comes much faster. I love the quietness of the pump. My previous double breastpump was so noisy that I had to cover the motor with pillows and comforter so that I won't disturb my baby and husband. With Hygeia Enjoye, it's so silent I hardly hear anything! No regrets at all! Even though my baby is already 8 months, switching at this time to Hygeia Enjoye is still worth it! I am happy with my purchase. Thanks!

There's so much to love about this pump that I'm not even sure where to start"" I really like the pump. I was a little worried about giving up the hospital grade one but I'm getting the same output from this one and it's so much more portable. With its adjustable speed and suction, it's a lot more gentle on me than the Pump In Style. It may seem minor, but it's also nice that it's a lot quieter than the Pump in Style. It's wonderful how light and tiny it is! It easily fits into my pumping bag and is very discreet.
The Hygeia Breast Pump is a one of my best finds of my blogging experience. Before this, I was using a dinky little breast pump that practically brought tears to my eyes
I was incredibly impressed with what I saw! Hygeia is the only company that makes “Green” breast pumps! Now, typically, most breast pumps are single user products. Almost every breast pump I’ve seen or had, has had that little sticker telling you “This product is a single user product. Use by more than one user may void the warranty.” ........Well, this is where Hygeia’s pumps differ from the rest of the ones available on the market! Hygeia’s pumps can be used by one user, five users, two-hundred users, however many users you wanted, and there is no risk of contamination as long as each woman has her own accessory kit!
Hygeia, has a “Go Green solution”. The Hygeia EnJoye™ Breastpump was designed and is cleared by the government as a multi-user product. When a Hygeia consumer no longer needs her breastpump, it can be re-used by a friend or family member when each mother has her own personal accessory set. This means fewer pumps in the landfills.
These pumps were born with the vision of being reused; thus putting less pumps out into the world, less energy into manufacturing, less plastic into landfills in the end and, therefore, making them actually a green product.
We love what we see: a closed system means it is reusable, it is recyclable (wow!) and it is promising as being one of the best pumps out there. We have already started to refer to it affectionately as a “lean, green, pumping machine!”
